Shipping times and charges

The delivery of the product will take one to four business days for domestic shipments (Colombia) and four to eight days for international shipments (outside Colombia), which will be counted from the date the payment is made. Oli dispatches your orders from Monday to Friday only, and these are subject to the availability indicated at the time of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, change details regarding the design of the piece, or modify the information provided (such as delivery address data), you must do so on the same day you placed the order. If you request adjustments later, additional charges may apply.

Oli is not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Address changes will generate additional charges that must be assumed by the client.

International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that will be charged by their country. In the event that you choose to refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for customs duties and shipping costs from your country to Oli. These fees, plus the cost of international two-way shipping, will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

Oli accepts the return or exchange of items that are unused and in perfect condition within 8 days from the date of receipt of the product.

In order for the return to be validated, you must keep your invoice and payment support and send them to the email ventas@oli.campexotogo.com, or WhatsApp: (+57) 315 3488264, indicating the reason for the return.

Please note that the item must be in the original packaging, keeping the same condition in which it was received.

Refunds are processed by the same means in which the payment for your purchase was made. If any of the platforms will charge a commission for the transaction, this will be deducted from the value of the return.

The return time of the money varies depending on the platform in which the payment was processed and may take more than 15 business days.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products on discount and/or promotions, as well as personalized pieces are considered final sale, so their exchange or return is not allowed.
